Roy Wilkins Park (f/k/a Lewis Park) in St. Paul has family-friendly amenities that include a splash pad, a playground, picnic areas, trails and open spaces. Roy Wilkins Park Splash Pad
This park is home to one of four splash pads in St. Paul. It is open from 9am-9pm daily in the summer. Typically, St. Paul Splash Pads open early and run through Labor Day. Find up-to-date information on Saint Paul Splash Pads here.
