Now boarding for scenic trips along along the North Shore! Climb aboard your zephyr right inside the Duluth Depot for a seasonal lineup of family-friendly excursions. The classic ride experience includes a 75-minute train trip through downtown and along the shore of Lake Superior. Coach seats are around $22/adults & $11/ages 3-13, First Class seats are $44.
North Shore Scenic Railroad special excursions
Occasionally, special excursion trains are scheduled on the Duluth Zephyr between May and October – including the charming Christmas City Express, pizza and dinner trains, fall color tours and all-day excursions as far as Two Harbors. We track kid-friendly events on our Duluth Family Fun Calendar.
