Description
Free First Saturday at Walker Art Center offers free gallery admission on the first Saturday of every month plus a variety of themed, family-friendly activities. Gallery admission tickets are available on-site on the event day from the main lobby desk; quantities are limited. Free admission 10 am–5 pm; activities for all ages 10 am–3 pm.

June’s Free First Saturday is a day to learn more about the works of local artists. Participants can connect with real artists in our community and collaborate on creative projects. - *July 11 – Catching the Light.
Learn all about the importance of light in art — rainbows, sunbeams, and more. View and create art while considering light. - August 1 – Puppet Playdate
Join In The Heart of the Beast Puppet Theatre for a day of puppet art at Walker.
*Due to the July 4 holiday, July’s Free First Saturday will be held on July 11.
