Description
Mothers who are residents of Minnesota can fish without a license for species that have open fishing seasons. (See Minn. Stat. Sec. 97A.445, subd. 4. – kids under 16 can fish without a license all the time). Dad will still need a license to fish (unless you fish at a Minnesota State Park, which you can usually do without a license any weekend of the year). FREE for moms and kids at fishing spots around the state!
