Shady Oak Beach in Minnetonka is open from June 6 through August 16 (weather dependent).
Daily admission: $7/pp, discounted to $5 after 6pm.
The 85-acre recreational area has a large sandy beach and spring-fed waters for swimming. The is also a playground and sand dig play area, lifeguards, high diving board, concessions and sand volleyball. Parking is free.
