Penn Fest is a special day in Richfield, when Penn Avenue is closed from 62nd to 76th Streets to motorized traffic and replaced it with foot traffic, bicyclists and skateboarders. Visitors explore the avenue filled with music, dance, sports, games, crafters, artisans, kids activities, Pet Zone, delicious food, small business marketplace, community groups, school groups and more. You never quite know what you’ll find at Penn Fest because it’s a day of discovery for people of all ages. Penn Fest is FREE to attend with no admission fee.
