Description
Take a shopping break and join a Home Depot hands-on workshop where you and your child can build something new every month! Visit participating Home Depot stores on the 1st Saturday of every month, 9 a.m.-12 noon, to enjoy a free, hands-on workshop for kids. Home Depot does not specify an age, but we feel that early grade school is a sweet spot. Younger kids can participate, but may need more parent supervision and assistance. Older kids who enjoy building may enjoy the opportunity to work independently and build their skills. Bonus — many of these projects make great handmade gifts!

- No registration required. However, it helps stores plan for the appropriate amount of kits.
- Kits are first come, first serve, so arrive as early as possible whether or not you’ve registered.
- All kids get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin while supplies last.
- Children must be present at the store to participate in the workshop and receive the kit, apron and pin.
