It’s Tapping Time! is a free annual event at Harriet Alexander Nature Center, with tours and stations for identifying maple trees, tree tapping, sap cooking, and sampling maple flavor. Craft kits to take home. Families can purchase their own syrup for waffles and pancakes at home.
