Description
Historic Gibbs Farm offers living history summer camps for kids ages 4-14. Themes may include life on the farm, Dakota culture, nature, games, and tea party day camps. Cost is $25-$250 per session.
About Gibbs Farm
The grounds of the historic Gibbs Farm includes the family’s original home, a schoolhouse similar to the one the Gibbs children would have attended, a wonderful red barn, and a replica Dakotah tipi and bark lodge. Families can participate in guided tours led by costumed guides during weekend days in the summer months. Visits can include stories, crafts, gardening, farm animal and hands on activities.
