Description
Eastman Nature Center is one of several Twin Cities-area nature centers that host special programs for preschoolers. The My Preschooler & Me (and My Child & Me) series is typically held a few times a month and explores seasonal themes through activities like puppet shows, storytime, crafts and related outdoor play. The series is designed for preschoolers (ages 3-5) to enjoy alongside a caregiver; both child and adult pay the small fee. Registration is required by two days prior and often space fills up quickly. Check the ticket link below and note that it is usually possible to be placed on a waitlist if the program is already full. Cost is $6 per person.
MORE FAMILY FUN AT EASTMANÂ When no formal programming is offered, there is still plenty to explore as a family for free at Eastman Nature Center. We’re talking hands-on indoor exhibits, live animals to observe, an OUTDOOR NATURE PLAY AREA and free nature exploration kits that can be used to enhance your time outside.
