Apple Valley’s annual Independence Day celebration is free to attend. Family fun at the festival incudes free fishing with Apple Valley police on Tuesday, Cub Foods Family Fun Night on Thursday and the Freedom Days Parade & fireworks on the Fourth of July.Â

Wednesday, July 2nd
- Casting with the Cops – Cobblestone Lake fishing pier, 5:30-7:30pm
Thursday, July 3rd
- Family Fun Night, 5-9pm
- No carnival rides this year
Friday, July 4th
- Parade, 1pm
- Pre-fireworks Party, 3-9:30pm
- Live concert, 7-9:30pm
- Fireworks at dusk
