Buncha April 2023

Buncha is a grocery delivery app that connects neighborhoods directly with their favorite local stores for weekly neighborhood deliveries. Neighbors on Buncha save together on the essentials they need from the stores they love by ordering together every week. With in-app schedules, efficient routes, and $1.45 delivery fee; Buncha is better for the people, the pocket, the planner, and the planet.

I hate grocery shopping.  Actually, I hate a lot of things about feeding my family, but I’m not going to go into it all.  But one thing that is always tricky for me is getting the groceries from the store into my home.

Enter Grocery Store Delivery/Pick-up apps.  I’ve used Instacart and Walmart and Target Curbside Pick up.  And I love them all, but I have learned that my favorite is none of these.

Honestly, my favorite is Buncha.

Buncha is a great alternative to the Instacart, Shipt, and DoorDash Grocery because it helps me, the planet, and my neighbors.

I like it for mainly two reasons.

  1. I have a delivery day when the shopper will get the groceries from a particular store to my neighbors and me.  Using Buncha means that I can plan ahead a little bit.  I can start an order, place it, and continue to put things into my cart until the deadline.  Which is much more helpful than writing a grocery list.
  2. I like that I’m helping the planet a tiny bit.  I am working to be  more conscientious about what I’m doing to the planet, but to be honest, sometimes its hard to care.  By using Buncha and their efficient delivery routes, I am able to do something even when I’m tired and don’t want to do anything.

Disclosure: Buncha is a 2023 partner of Family Fun Twin Cities, but I’ve been using my own money for this service and I love it.
