The Batting Cages of Minnesota facility is located at off of Highway 100 and West 70th Street in Edina. The facility’s website is down and they have not posted on Facebook in over a year. It looks like they have probably gone out of business. With over 35,000 square feet for baseball and softball training, this family-friendly sports facility has room for batting practice, pitching practice, conditioning and other training. Waivers are required for anyone using the facility. You can download a waiver ahead of your visit here. Tunnels can be rented for 30, 60 or 90 minutes and range in price from $30 to $110. Tolkien’s can be purchased for a $1.00 and are good for 10 hits. Birthday Party packages start at $200 and include batting cage time, indoor field time, a party room with a dedicated host and a souvenir baseball for the birthday child. Families can bring in or order in their own food. Call for reservations. The facility sometimes offers camps and clinics for children to work on their skills.
