Apple Store locations offer free classes both for adults and for children. While classes are free, they do require pre-registration and appear to fill up fast. Offerings vary by store.

Apple Store Insider Tip

Hailey, who teaches at the Southdale store, says: “Groups can sign up for custom field trips where we design 60-90 minute classes to suit the group. We have hosted lots of scouting troops working on technology badges, for example. Info about that is at Apple.com/retail/field trip. Let me know if you have any questions.”

Apple Store Kids Hour

Kids Hour is a weekly program designed to help kids create fun, hands-on projects using Mac products, of course. The program is designed to spark imagination and creativity in kids while learning about coding, storytelling, illustration, movie making, music, and more.
