The Burnsville Ice Center is an indoor skating facility offering year-round ice rinks. Besides lessons and sporting events, the center also hosts an Annual Ice Show. Families can enjoy public skating with skate rental available. Public skating hours are offered regularly. See the monthly calendar on the center’s website. Note that ice skates are required for everyone on the ice at all times.

Burnsville Ice Arena Open Skate Schedule
Public skate times change regularly with the seasons and other ice needs. Check the ice center’s calendar for upcoming public skate times. Scroll to the bottom of this article for a link to the calendar. Note that beginner skaters may not bring in outside skating aids of any kind, but may rent one from the facility.
Admission is subject to change, but as of February 2026 is:Â
- Ages 5-61: $8/pp
- Seniors & Tots 4 and under: $6
- Ice Skate Rental: $6
- Skate Sharpening: $8
- Skating Aid Rental: $4
Burnsville Ice Show
The Burnsville-Minnesota Valley Figure Skating Club hosts a annual ice show in the spring – usually late April. If you love watching Figure Skating, this is your chance to catch it live.
Birthday Parties at Burnsville Center
Birthday party packages are available and can be booked during public skating hours. Package prices depend on the number of participants and whether you would like to book an instructor. The package includes a meeting room for two hours and admission and skate rental for all guests. Skating aids are extra. Party supplies are the responsibility of the hosts.
