For kids who LOVE to jump, Sky Zone Trampoline Park has multiple Twin Cities locations. Find Twin Cities Sky Zone locations, prices & operating hours below and look for open jump & tot times for the best family deals. As the world’s first indoor trampoline park (started in Las Vegas), Sky Zone now has 200 franchise locations all over the country. The parks have food concessions, like fountain drinks and popcorn. Some locations offer arcades, but call the location of your choice to make sure.
More Indoor Play Options: The Twin Cities are home to over 40 Indoor Playgrounds — small and big — splurge worthy and budget-friendly. Learn more: Twin Cities Indoor Playgrounds and Play Areas Guide.
We recommend reserving your jump time at Sky Zone online in advance to guarantee admission. School breaks and weekends can be very busy times. A signed waiver is required before a person of any age is permitted to use the equipment – we link to each location’s waiver below.

Sky Zone attractions
While the different park locations offer their own individual attractions, families can expect to find some or all of these attractions at the park they visit:
- Freestyle Jump – wall-to-wall trampolines
- Foam Zone – foam jumping pit
- Skyjoust – Try to knock your opponent off the beam
- Skyladder – Climb a moving ladder, but get a soft landing if you fall
- SkyLine – slack line balancing wire
- The Wall
- Warped Walls – 6, 8 and 10-foot climbing walls
- Drop Zone
- Freeclimb
- Skyclimb
- Ninja Warrior Course
- Challenge Zone Obstacle Course
- Toddler Zone
- Parkour Blox
- Drop Slide
- Zip Lines

An air-filled multi-court allows for kids to participate in a variety of sports but add some stunts and tricks they couldn’t try on concrete:
- Sky Slam court – basketball court
- Sky Hoops – arcade-style basketball
- Ultimate dodgeball
- Fusion Ultimate Dodgeball (for a faster game)
- Soccer
- Ultimate Volleyball
- Air Courts

Best ages for Sky Zone family fun
We often recommend trampoline amusement parks for tweens and teens, but the parks are open to all ages. Most parks offer special toddler times and even grownups can work up a good sweat while playing with their kids. (If you play with your kids, you do have to pay.) A family membership, which offers daily access for a monthly price, could be worthwhile on either side of the spectrum – giving teens and tweens a place to blow off steam or if you plan to take advantage of toddler times regularly.

Little Leapers at Sky Zone Trampoline Park
For caregivers with children ages 5 and under we recommend SkyZone’s special Little Leapers. Not each location offers the program; you’ll need to visit the individual park pages to check if your desired location does. Or you can call directly and ask; we find navigating the websites with their myriad prompts and options to be confusing.

Twin Cities SkyZone locations, prices & hours
There are four Sky Zone locations within the Twin Cities Metro. If you visit more than once a month, a membership is probably worthwhile.

More ideas for indoor active family fun
Extreme temperatures are a part of living in the Twin Cities. While we love to get outside, sometimes it is just too hot or too cold, but there are still plenty of indoor options beyond jump parks for getting our kids active.
