Parks open 30 minutes before sunrise, and close 30 minutes after sunset

Polar Lakes Park is a large park in White Bear Township with family friendly amenities that include a playground, amphitheatre, space to picnic and sports fields. It is across Hammond Road from the City Hall and the Tamarack Nature Center portion of Bald Eagle-Otter Lakes Regional Park. The townships summer movie series is show at this park and it also hosts summer music.

The Playground at Polar Lakes Park

The playground at this park has a winter theme and includes a polar bear and igloo structure that kids love to climb on.

Historic White Bear Town Hall

White Bear Town Hall is located at this park and White Bear Lake Historical Society is in the process of restoring the building. Once completed, it will be used for school programs and public events. During July of 2020, Town Hall received its new signage and it was incorporated as part of the park system.
