Family-friendly amenities at Pershing Field Park include a playground and tot lot, a wading pool, walking paths, and sports fields and courts. There is also a drinking fountain and restrooms available. The wading pool is open from late May to late August from 10 am-9 pm daily, unless the temperatures are still above 85 degrees at 6 p.m., then it remains open until 10 pm. Pershing Park has participated in the summer meals program in the past, but not always. Find a list of participating parks on the MPRB website in late May or early June each summer. This recreation center is air conditioned. This recreation center has a community kitchen, a craft room, a meeting room and a multi-purpose room.
