To get into the spirit, North Loop Green is again hosting a family-friendly Halloween party with all the trimmings: free treats, music and dancing, a balloon artist, pumpkin decorating, photo ops, giveaways and a free movie night on the lawn for all ages. Catch Scooby Doo on the big screen. Your own pups are welcome as is wearing your Halloween costume for the big costume contest on the orange carpet!
