Maplewood Area Historical Society holds its kids summer camp at the Bruentrup Heritage Farm.The historic site presents camps such as farm-to-table, culinary camp, history detectives, recess camp, and one room schoolhouse camp for kids in grades 1-9. Plus a culinary camp for teens and Recess Camp with a single day price option or whole summer. Cost is $279+
About the Bruentrup Heritage Farm
Bruentrup Heritage Farm is an historical farm operated by the Maplewood Area Historical Society. The farmhouse, barn, granary, machine shed and metal foundry building are all situated on the property. The facilities house a hundred years of farming artifacts and interactive displays. The adjacent land is prairie preserve owned by Maplewood. Special events, markets, summer camps and tours are held at the farm annually.
