Description
Washington County’s Bluegrass Festival is a free, family-friendly concert featuring local bluegrass bands in beautiful Lake Elmo Park. Besides an afternoon of fun music and face painting, you’ll have the huge playground and room to run. Bring chairs or blankets. Live music and face painting from 2-6pm. Festival is free with $7 park vehicle permit.
