The businesses of Coon Rapids Square invite kids to trick or treat from decorated trunks (vote for your favorite with prizes awarded!) and join the costume parade if they like. Plus, play games, decorate cookies and paint 3D pumpkins. Coffee and hot cocoa will be available for purchase. Event is open to kids of all ages.
