Hosted by Anoka Legion Riders and Pit Squad Rescue, it’s a trunk or treat for kids of all ages. Plus face painting, temporary tattoos, a costume contest (4pm) and adoptable pups to meet. Food and beverages available for purchase. No need to register for this free Halloween event in Anoka.
