Woodbury Central Park is a landscaped, climate-controlled indoor public park that houses Lookout Ridge Indoor Playground, the R.N. Stafford branch of the Washington County Library, a branch of the YMCA and an ECFE center. There is also a city-owned café located next to the library. The park hosts community programs, music, and movies throughout the year. Families may enjoy the annual Spring Tea Party, summer and winter performances and a fall Big Truck Day. Beginning March 1, 2024, the City of Woodbury will be in the process of replacing the play equipment and climbing structure. Will they keep the St. Croix River Valley theme? We’ll keep you updated. Look for brand new indoor playground in the Fall of 2205. Central Park hosts movies and music performances throughout the year. All movies and performances are family friendly and free. Times for music vary.  On movie nights, doors open at 6 p.m. and the movie begins at 6:30 p.m. See our calendar for performances. Lookout Ridge has traditionally offered Birthday party packages that include unlimited play for guests and a 2-hour party room. The park also offered private bookings for the entire playground. Birthday parties will be on hold while the park is closed. The City of Woodbury is in the early planning stages for improvements to the 20-year-old Central Park. The focus will be mainly on maintenance, environmental issues and accessibility issues, but there will be some more noticeable updates – including the updates to Lookout Ridge, more room for public art and public programs and expanded parking.Useful Links:
