Found in the Eagan Community Center, The Blast Indoor Playground has an out-of-this world space themed play area. The park is aimed at children between 18 months and 12 years old. Children 13 and up may accompany their siblings free of charge to help supervise. Socks and supervision are required and outside food is not allowed per playground rules. Food is available through the concession stand and vending machines, and families booking a party may also have food catered by a restaurant on the community center’s approved catering list.

The community center building is located inside Eagan’s Central Park, where families can find outdoor play equipment, a fitness obstacle course for older kids, and a splash pad.

Birthday Parties at The Blast

Families can book space-themed Birthday Parties at the playground. Parties include invitations, 2 hours in a private party room, a gift for the birthday child, liquid refreshments and ice cream. The family may bring a cake from a licensed baker or order food from the community center’s approved caterers list. All participants need to wear socks. The party is limited to 25 people, including adult chaperones.

Preschool Open Play at The Blast

Preschool Open Play offers ride-on toys and sports equipment for kids ages 1-5 years  in the in the Eagan Community Center gym for unstructured active play.
