The Roe Family Singers, led by husband and wife, Quillan Roe and Kim Roe, describe themselves as “Good-Time, Old-Time Hillbilly band”. While the music is not specifically kids or family music, the pair, being parents themselves, regularly play kids and family events. They have made regular appearances at Midtown Global Market‘s family events. They’ve even played the Choo Choo Bob Show. On the other hand, adults can join them every Monday evening at the 331 Club for both original music and modern versions of gospel tunes and old-time sound. With music that mixes the feel of a barn-dance with the passion of rock and roll, families will be dancing, clapping and singing along at their performances. The full band features banjo, Autoharp, guitar, upright bass, mandolin, steel guitar, a musical saw, and Appalachian clogging. Albums can be found on Bandcamp and some on Amazon. They are also available for streaming on Spotify. Albums include:Related Articles:
