Richfield Pool is an outdoor pool located at Veterans Park in Richfield, Minnesota. For the smaller children, it offers a zero-depth-entry wading pool with splash pad equipment. For the older kids and adults, there is a 50-meter pool with a wheelchair access ramp. Highlights include a double waterslide, a diving board, space to play water volleyball. Swimwear is required. Outside food is not allowed in the pool area, but there is nearby parking and picnic space. There is also a concession stand with umbrella-covered sit-down tables. Prices of concessions are reasonable. Outdoor pool season begins in early June and closes at the end of August. The main pool is open on summer days from noon to 7pm daily. The wading pool opens one hour earlier at 11 am and tot times are offered beginning at 10am Monday through Saturday. Access to the swimming pool facilities is $11.00 for everyone, except seniors are $10 and babies under 12 months are FREE. Swimmers can get a $1 discount after 4pm. Toddlers and infants can enjoy the water play equipment without the crowds of big kids. There is no discount for tot time swims, but you can stay and swim during main pool hours.
