The National Sports Center in Blaine is one of the top ten tourist destinations in Minnesota. Besides hosting national sporting events from a variety of sports, the center hosts community events and activities. Look for fitness classes, expos and community events throughout the year.

The National Sports Center’s Schwan Super Rink

The Schwan Super Rink is the worlds largest ice arena and has leagues and tournaments for all ages for figure skating, ice hockey and broom ball. It also offers rollerskating, but only for adults. Public Skate at The National Sports Center

Open Skating at the sports center is $3.00 for daytime public skates and $4.00 for evening and weekend public skate times. Skate rental is available for $3.00. Open skate times can be found at this link.

Birthday Parties at Schwan Super Rink

Birthday parties can be held during public skate times or families can rent the rink for their parties. Party packages include pizza, popcorn, open skating and a private party room. Rates start at $165. Learn more here.
