The Highland Park Aquatic Center is an outdoor swimming pool in Highland Park in Saint Paul. It is located just off Montreal Avenue on Edgecumbe Road between the Highland Golf Course and Circus Juventas. Bigger kids will enjoy its two-story water slide and climbing wall, while small kids can play it the splash pad. There is also a lap pool and diving boards for more serious swim practice.

Tot Time at Highland Pool

Like Como Pool’s tot time, Highland Park offers a dedicated swim time for little kids with an adult. Only the splash pad is open during these discounted swim times.

• Cost is $4 per child and $4 for the accompanying adult.
• Restricted to kids ages 6 and under with adult chaperone.
• 2023 Hours: Sundays, June 11th – September 3rd; 9:30am-11am

When is Highland Park Swimming Pool Open?

The Aquatic Center’s season runs from early June  – Labor Day, with Open Swim times as follows:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 12-6pm
• Wednesdays 12-8pm
• Saturdays 11am-7pm
• Sundays 11am-6pm

Highland Pool’s daily rate is $7 per person, over the age of 2. Tots 2 and under are FREE. Lap Swim & Water Aerobics admission is $8 per person.

Discounts are available for:

• Groups of 5 or more people for: $5/pp.
• Those arriving after 5pm: $4/pp.
• Tot Times: $4/pp

The best evergreen way to save is to purchase memberships. Summer memberships are a good for all the St. Paul pools and are a good deal if you plan to swim more than 11 times a year for residents or than more 14 times if you live outside St. Paul.
