GoodThings Kids or “GoodKids” is a locally-owned boutique that sells baby items, kids stuff, toys, and game. Owned by mother and son, Sharon and Tyler Conrad, the store strives to curate a selection of fresh toys, games, clothes and gifts that encourage joyful learning and exploration while keeping the feel of an old-time toy store. Shoppers can stop into the store when looking for gifts to get help from a “Play Expert”.

What We Love about GoodKids

Visitors to the store will find adorable and unique gifts for new parents and children. The toys are high quality and the atmosphere is cheerful and bright.  GoodKid’s staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable.

The store is easy to find in Downtown White Bear Lake.

Disadvantages to GoodKids

One downside to GoodKids is the prices. Because it is a small, curated boutique, the prices are on the higher side for toys. This store will be best loved by shoppers looking for unique gifts or parents who are building an intentional toy collection. If you are building an orderly play room environment that revolves around your child’s current stage of development, you may find a small boutique like GoodKids to be less overwhelming when making selections and price will be less of an issue for those limiting their toy selections.

GoodThings Stores

GoodKids is the third location of the GoodThings stores, which include items for home, gifts, and fashion as well as toys. The chain now also includes the Bibleot shops.
