The Eagan Civic Arena has two indoor rinks available for year-round ice skating. Family opportunities include open skating, skating lessons, hockey and figure skating. Several clubs and associations call the arena their home. In the spring, the arena offers indoor turf with tot times. Club Sk8 is open skating under the disco ball with stage lighting and energetic music. It is also all ages and open to the public. Admission for Club Sk8 is $3.00/student and $4.00/adult. Birthday Parties are scheduled before Open Skate and Club Sk8 sessions and there are three party packages to choose between. Outside food and beverage are not allowed, but packages include a birthday cake and other food is available with higher packages. Party add-ons are also available. Call 651-675-5590 for more information. We have been informed by Eagan’s Operation’s Coordinator that Tot Times have been discontinued and they do not have any plans to bring them back. Eagan does not lack places to run with your little ones. It is the home of two indoor playgrounds – The Blast & Good Times Park. Eagan Community Center offers open gym times in addition to The Blast. Gleason’s Gymnastic School also offers open gym times. Open Skate and Club Sk8 schedules vary. See the arena’s website for current times. Note that the the arena reserves the right to cancel events at any time and encourages skaters to call ahead with questions. Skate Rental is $2.00/pair. Open Skate admission is $2.00/student and $3.00/adult. It offers regular lighting and is open to all ages, but skates are required.
