While it has had several different locations, Cupcake has been in the Twin Cities since 2002. Currently it resides in Eagan, sharing space with The Mason Jar. Despite its name, Cupcake also offers Macaroons, Sebastian Joe’s Ice Cream, coffee and a full catering menu. The bakery’s owner, Kevin, has triumphantly appeared on the Food Network’s Cupcake Wars.
