Offering over 1300 different flavors, the Blue Sun Soda and Sweets Shop is one of only a couple gourmet soda and candy stores in Minnesota. Besides hundreds of classics, look for flavors like “buffalo wing soda” and “bleu cheese soda”. In addition to the soda, Blue Sun offers candies, sweets, and other treats. Fresh popcorn is always free. For kids (and adults) who love arcade games, pinball and other diversions, bring a pocketful of quarters. Pez collectors will want to see “The Wall of Pez” with a variety of Pez containers and refills. In 2017, Whistler Sodas found a new home at Blue Sun. Whistler is Minnesota’s only returnable bottle soda company. The pop is made with pure cane sugar on a 1952 bottling line. During special events at the soda shop, you can watch the beverages bottled on the assembly line.
