Description
Richardson Nature Center in Bloomington offers Free Family Fun Days most Sundays from 1-3pm. These are themed, drop-in events hosted by a naturalist that can include meeting or learning about animals, handling artifacts, playing games or heading outside for seasonal activities. When no formal programming is offered, there is still plenty to explore as a family for free. There are hands-on indoor exhibits that appeal to kids, an outdoor raptor enclosure and free nature exploration kits that can be used to enhance your time outdoors.
