Description
Truly, this is an annual tradition that dates back to the early 1950s, as we’re guessing, a type of winter booster event. Today, you can enjoy free treats from the owners of Leo’s Malt Shop, sponsored by the Washington County Historical Society. It’s usually a bit nippy outdoors, yes, but there are almost always fire pit tables to help with that. Located on the Chestnut Street Plaza outside the malt shop.
