Description
The Marshall W Alworth Planetarium at the University of Minnesota Duluth offers interesting, low-cost shows most days of the week. Several are designed just for families including a designated Saturday Family Show at 2pm and a General Public Show for all ages at 7pm.
Planetarium show schedule
- Wonderstruck Wednesdays – Free planetarium shows for all ages | 7pm
- Fridays – Live guided tours of the universe, including a tour of Tonight’s Sky | 7pm
- Saturdays – Family Show, a pre-recorded show ideal for families, including a tour of Tonight’s Sky | 2pm
- Saturdays – General Public Show, a pre-recorded show for all ages, including a tour of Tonight’s Sky | 7pm
- Sensory Friendly Shows | Second Saturday of the month | 4pm
Admission
- $8/adults (age 13-59)
- $5/children, seniors 60+ & UMD students w/ ID (age 3-12)
- Free/age 2 and under
