Description
ArtStart’s annual Children’s Concert is a blend of family entertainment and crafty art project. Performed by members of the St Paul Civic Symphony, the musical presentation is designed to be relaxed with young kids in attendance. They’ll be encouraged to get up and dance! Art activities are offered prior to the concert at 2pm with music to follow at 3pm. Free for all ages.
