Northeast Ice Arena is mainly a practice arena for area teams. It is the Ice Arena that serves North Minneapolis, while Palace Ice Garden serves the south side of town. Public skates at this rink are rare and this facility does not loan or rent skates. Amenities include an indoor hockey rink and ice rink for the fall/winter months and lacrosse field and soccer field in March through August. A new dryland training facility was added in 2022.
