The Lake Minnetonka Regional Trail is a nearly 16 mile paved trail that stretches east to west from Hopkins to Carver Park Reserve in Victoria. The west end runs along Lake Minnetonka, giving the trail its name. This trail connects to Cedar Lake Regional Trail, and it is designed for both bikers and pedestrians. Note that Three Rivers does keep its bike trails groomed in the winter, so plan your rides and hikes for the summer months. Download a PDF Map of the trail from Three Rivers Park District. It connects the following cities for cyclists and hikers: Leashed dogs are welcome on the trail with the usual reminders to pick up after your pet and to keep them under control.
