The Lake Minnetonka Regional Trail is a nearly 16 mile paved trail that stretches east to west from Hopkins to Carver Park Reserve in Victoria. The west end runs along Lake Minnetonka, giving the trail its name. This trail connects to Cedar Lake Regional Trail, and it is designed for both bikers and pedestrians. Note that Three Rivers does keep its bike trails groomed in the winter, so plan your rides and hikes  for the summer months.
