Bottineau Field Park offers family-friendly amenities, including a playground, a recreation center, a wading pool, a skate park and a domed fieldhouse. This park has participated in the summer meals program. The program runs from mid-June 19th to mid-August. Children can get a free weekday meal between 5 pm and 6 pm. Please all ahead to confirm this program. The rec center offers drop-in arts & crafts, board games, computer lab, foosball, and gym games. Families can find a variety of programs, activities, and events for this center. MPRB has begun improvements to Bottineau Field Park, beginning with the removal of concrete around the wading pool and the existing play equipment and sand in February and March of 2024. In the coming months, MPRB will install an upgraded wading pool and new play areas. Additional improvement plans include a new splash pad, picnic tables, benches and shade structures, paths, a full-size basketball court and upgraded lighting. MPRB wants you to use your park facilities to their full potential! Individuals and groups are encouraged to use the centers and park spaces for self-directed activities. There are different permit requirements and special use fees, depending on the use.Summer Meals at Bottineau Field Park
