  • 3 cups Rice Use your favorite kind (note cook time may vary)
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 4 cups Water
  • 3 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 cup Italian Parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Thyme
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds salted & roasted
  • 1 cup Yellow Raisins
  • 1 cup Dried Currants
  • 1 cup Dried Cherries


  • If you own a rice cooker, combine rice, chicken broth and water. If you don't have a rice cooker, cook the rice as you normally would.
  • Once cooked, add the sesame oil, pumpkin pie spice, parsley, thyme, pumpkin seeds, yellow raisins, currants and cherries.
