MINNEAPOLIS & ST PAUL SUMMER CAMPS

American Swedish Institute 

2600 Park Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55407
Day camps and a multi-day handcraft camp available for youth ages 6-18. Themes include Vikings, Pippi Longstocking, language immersion, and more. Camps run July 31-August 23, 2024. 
Day/$80, multi/$400.

Alliance Francaise Summer Camps

Alliance Française Mpls/St Paul, 227 Colfax Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN 55405
Kids ages 3-17 will learn French through games, projects and activities, including video projects for older kids, while exploring the world of film en français. Sessions: June 24 to August 23, 2024. Five-day camps: $200-$385 (or virtual camp for $100).

German Language Camps 

Germanic-American Institute, 301 Summit Ave, St Paul, MN 55102
Kids will have the run of the GAI Haus and grounds this summer, exploring interactive themes while learning German. Beginners to bilingual campers are welcome at GAI’s half-day summer camps, with before- and after-care available. Ages 5-16. July 8 – August 9, 2024. $200.

Gibbs Farm Summer Day Camps 

2097 Larpenteur Ave W, St Paul, MN 55113
Choose from Pee-Wee day camps for ages 4-5, and single-day and 3-day camps for ages 6-13. Themes include life on the farm, Dakota culture, nature, games, and tea party day camps. Sessions in June, July & August 2024. $22-$210.

Korean Culture Camps

Minnehaha Academy Upper School, 3100 West River Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55406
Kids ages 5-14 will learn about Korean Culture, including arts, cooking, music & history. Daily 9:30-2:50pm. One session only, July 15-19, 2024. $275.

Minnesota Historical Society Summer Day Camps 

The MHS traditionally offers summer camp programming that includes educational programs, museum exhibits and summer fun at the following historic sites: Alexander Ramsey House, Fort Snelling, and Mill City Museum. Summer camp 2024 details TBA.

Wilderness Awakening Day Camps

Crosby Farm Regional Park, St. Paul |  Theodore Wirth Regional Park, Minneapolis
Wilderness Awakening Day Camps offer children nature immersion within our Twin Cities. Held at Crosby Farm and Theo Wirth Park, these camps emphasize nature connection, free play and exploration. With journals, art supplies, and hammocks for quiet connection moments. The camps are designed for children between 6-10. Sessions run weekly during June-August, 2024. $385/week

TWIN CITIES SUMMER CAMPS – NORTH METRO 

Gammelgarden Museum 

20880 Olinda Trail N, Scandia, MN 55073
Youth summer camps are designed for kids ages 6-11, last two days each and include themes like sewing and Swedish folklore. Four sessions, July 22-August 8, 2024. $145.
 

White Bear Lake Historical Society 

Campers investigate the people, places, and events that make the White Bear Lake area unique. Summer camp 2024 dates TBA. Grades 3-6. $175.00

TWIN CITIES SUMMER CAMPS – SOUTH METRO 

Dakota City Heritage Village Youth Camps 

4008 220th St, Farmington, MN 55024
Dakota City offers Master Apprentice Teen Camps (June 24-27, ages 13+), Junior Apprentice Camp (June 10-13, ages 6-12) and one-day camps (June & July, ages 5-12+) in 2024. $50-$155 per camper.

Dakota Language Camps 

Pond-Dakota Mission Park, 401 E 104th St, Bloomington, MN 55420
For kids and adults of all ages (under 7 to be accompanied by adult). Make reservations through Bloomington Parks & Rec.Typically held in June, 2024 dates TBA. $50/pp includes lunch.

Holz Farm Camp 

4669 Manor Drive, Eagan, Minnesota 55123
Experience life on a 1940’s era farm. Morning sessions for ages 5-9; afternoon sessions for ages 10-12. June 24–27, July 8–11 and July 15-18, 2024. Camp fee: $94.

TWIN CITIES SUMMER CAMPS – WEST METRO

Historic Cahill School Homestead Camp

4918 Eden Avenue, Edina, MN 55424
Learn how to live like a 19th century pioneer child circa 1888. One room schoolhouse lessons, fun outdoor games and chores, cooking & Minnesota history. Recommended for kids ages 6-10. Mondays-Thursdays. 2024 sessions available: June 3rd – 6th, August 19th – 22nd and August 26-29. Registration fees per session: $195 per camper ($315 per camper for extended day).

Isla School Spanish Immersion Summer Camps

5350 W 78th St, Edina, MN 55439 
Four wonderful weeks of camp for kids. Each week has a totally different theme and activities. They are all taught by ISLA staff. Half Day Camps are for Kindergarten students who want to have an immersion experience. No language skills are needed or required. Week long camps for grades K-6th grade. Sessions run June 24 – August 2, 2024. $190-$330.

La Senda Spanish Center – Academia De Deportes

The full summer camp experience in Spanish – please see calendar for location details. Morning day camps with optional afternoon add-on. Open to beginners to native level speakers. Mondays-Thursdays w/ option to add field trip on Fridays. Pre-K to 5th Grade. Sessions available: June 17-August 23, 2024. Cost per session: $200/4 days.
