Wilder Recreation Center shares space with City Academy High School. It offers an open gym time for teens in its medium-sized gym. It does not currently offer tot-times. Outdoors, this park has a playground, space to picnic and sports fields. The playground was upgraded in 2016. The renovated playground includes all new equipment, including a couple climbing webs and a tot area. Synthetic resilient surfacing and benches for parents have also been added. Wilder Recreation Center has participated in the summer meals program, which provides meals to children and teens Monday through Friday during summer break. Times and details are subject to change from year to year. St. Paul’s Free Summer Meals page is the best place to keep up with information. *Wilder Recreation Center (image courtesy City of St. Paul)Related Articles:
