Weber Park is a 12-acre park located in the Morningside Neighborhood in Northeast Edina. It has family friendly amenities that include a newly-renovated playground, green space, sports fields and courts and ice rinks and warming house in the winter. The park has restrooms and off-street parking.
Weber Park Playground
The City of Edina has recently updated and enlarged the playground with new equipment, including multiple slides, a raft swing and a 20-foot zip line. The playground equipment, designed to serve children ages 2-12, replaces the previous playground structure that had been installed in 1997.
Sports Fields and Courts
This park is a sports-oriented park and has the follow types of courts and fields:
- Three baseball/softball diamonds
- A full basketball court
- Two tennis courts with lines for both tennis and pickleball
- A full-sized hockey rink with boards; and
- Open field space to accommodate a variety of field sports.
Winter at Weber Park
In the winter, this park hosts a full-sized hockey rink, an open skating area, and a warming house. It is one of twelve Edina Parks with outdoor skating rinks. Birthday Parties in the Park Building
The Weber Park building is available to rent for birthday parties and other private events. In addition to the building space, the park offers year-round outdoor activities, clean restrooms and easy parking. To make a reservation, call 952-826-0367.
