Located in the Prospect Park neighborhood of Minneapolis, Tower Hill Park is the location of Witch’s Hat Water Tower (officially Prospect Park Water Tower) which was designed by Norwegian architect, Frederick W. Cappelen. The tower is on the National Register of Historic Places and is currently only open one day a year, during the Pratt Ice Cream Social, which is held across the street at the Pratt Community School – usually the Friday evening after Memorial Day.
