Salo Park in Saint Anthony is not-so-much a park as a stormwater pond behind a shopping complex. You won’t be spending a full day at this little pocket park, but the city and developers have done a nice job of making it attractive to both people and waterfowl (mostly ducks and geese). With the addition of walking paths and an amphitheatre, it provides enjoyable summer evenings of music and strolling. Make your a visit a Park Crawl with 5 more nearby parks. During the months of June through August, weekly concerts are held on Thursday evenings. These casual concerts are a great spontaneous outing and can include a walk around the pond and maybe even ice cream.Nearby Parks:
