Step right out of the busy city into this quiet 115-acre Roseville preserve and see little sign of development — just rolling terrain with trees, savanna, wetlands and wildlife. The site, which includes some of the highest ground in Roseville, was originally home to a 30-million gallon, underground water reservoir for the City of St Paul. St. Paul sold the land to the City of Roseville in 1997.
