Prairie View School Park in Eden Prairie shares space with the elementary school of the same name. Family-friendly amenities include a playground, space for picnics, a bike trail, and sports courts and fields. The city maintains ice rinks for general skating and hockey in the winter months.

Birthday Parties at Prairie View School Park

The building is available year-round with restrooms, electrical and drinking fountains available inside. It can be rented for birthday parties and other private events if you are an Eden Prairie resident. During ice-skating season, the building can be rented by the hour for skating parties. Capacity is 40 people.

Ice Skating at Prairie View School Park

Eden Prairie maintains an lighted outdoor ice rink at this location during the winter months (weather permitting). Eden Prairie parks do not have loaner skates. The park building is staffed and available as a warming house on weekdays between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays and School Release Days from noon to 6:00pm. and on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
