Palace Community Center offers family friendly programs and activities including tot times, open gym and family events. Fitness center memberships are available for adults who live or work in St. Paul for $30/year. Outside the park offers playground equipment, an outdoor refrigerated ice rink, sports fields, and space for picnics. Various rooms in the community center can be rented for private use. Space fills up fast at this location. Rinks in St. Paul Parks are free and open to the public for skating when weather cooperates for ice quality. However, Palace is one of four St. Paul Parks with refrigerated outdoor skating rinks, allowing it to open earlier in the season and stay open later into the spring.
