Lockwood Park is a neighborhood park with a large, flat and square terrain. The park is relatively small, but more than half of it is open green space that can be used for a variety of activities, like football, soccer, and softball. The playground area is a good size and relatively new, having been most-recently updated in 2016. Because of the size of the open space, this is a good park to bring an arsenal of outdoor toys.
